I’ve always loved people—their stories, their strengths, and the spark that shows up when they discover their true purpose. For nearly 20 years, I worked in corporate America at a Fortune 50 company, leading teams and speaking to leaders all over the world. It was an incredible experience, but what really lit me up wasn’t the big meetings or titles—it was those moments when someone gained clarity, stepped into their confidence, and started leading in a way that felt authentic to them. That’s what eventually pulled me out of corporate life and into my true calling: coaching.
I studied Education at Western Kentucky University, earned a master’s in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Belmont University, and became a Harvard-certified Executive Leadership Coach. I’m also Birkman-certified, which means I love digging into what makes people tick and helping them lead from their strengths. My approach is never one-size-fits-all—every conversation is tailored, because every leader’s journey is unique.
Home for me is Nashville, where I live with my husband, Ken, our two boys, Jack and Drew, and our very loved dog, Archie. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me running, reading, or planning our next adventure around the world. Those things keep me energized, grounded, and constantly reminded that leadership isn’t just what you do at work—it’s how you show up in life.
